Vezloo Activity Tracker is a Chrome extension developed and operated by Vezloo for Programming ("Vezloo", "we", "our"). It is provided to employees and contractors who work on Vezloo's annotation platform to accurately track their real, active working time.
The extension requires sign-in with a Google account to associate your activity with your work account. This Privacy Policy explains what information the extension collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies only to the Vezloo Activity Tracker Chrome extension.
The extension collects only the information needed for work-time tracking. Specifically:
annotation.dataqueue.ai), the extension reads the current task or batch
identifier and task name so that your working time can be attributed to the correct work item.
meet.google.com), the extension reads the
meeting title and meeting code so that time spent in work meetings can be tracked separately from other
work. No audio or video content is captured.
No passwords or Google account credentials are collected. Your password is entered only on Google's own sign-in page and is never seen by the extension or by Vezloo.
Vezloo Activity Tracker does not collect:
annotation.dataqueue.ai) and Google Meet (meet.google.com).The collected data is used for a single purpose: to track your active working time so your employer can accurately account for work hours. Specifically:
Your data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared for any unrelated purpose.
Some data is stored locally on your device. The extension uses Chrome's local storage
(chrome.storage.local) to hold your sign-in identity, an access token, your current session
state, a short offline queue of pending updates, and current meeting state. This local data is cleared
when you sign out of the extension.
Activity and meeting records are also transmitted to and stored on Vezloo's backend servers so that your employer can maintain work-time records.
The extension transmits data to Vezloo's backend at
https://vezloo-activity-tracker.onrender.com over HTTPS, which encrypts the data in transit.
Authenticated requests include a bearer token (issued after Google sign-in) so data can be associated with
the correct account.
Google sign-in itself is handled by Google. When you sign in, you do so on Google's own page, and Google completes the authentication on your behalf. The extension and Vezloo do not receive your Google password.
If your organisation has configured a custom backend address, the extension will communicate only with that configured Vezloo endpoint. In all cases, the extension sends data only to the Vezloo backend it is configured for — it does not send data to any unrelated party.
Vezloo Activity Tracker does not contain any advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking code, and does not share your data with any third party. The only external interaction is Google sign-in, which is a login flow operated by Google to authenticate your account. No work-time, session, or activity data is sent to Google or to any other service.
Activity and meeting records are retained on Vezloo's backend to maintain work-time records for the employer. Data is administered by Vezloo as the controller.
Signing out of the extension clears the locally stored sign-in identity, access token, session state, and pending queue from your device. To request correction or deletion of data stored on Vezloo's backend, contact us using the address below and we will help you on behalf of your employer.
